Common Questions
What if my insurance isn't listed?
We accept many insurance plans that are not listed above. Once you request an appointment, we will let you know whether or not we participate in your insurance plan.
What if my you don't accept my insurance?
Many plans include out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill and guidance for reimbursement. Self-pay is also available.
Can I use my insurance to pay for couples therapy?
We do not bill insurance for couples therapy, as most insurance companies do not include it as a covered service.
Why would I choose private pray?
Some people choose private-pay therapy because it allows for greater depth, flexibility, and continuity without insurance-driven constraints. It supports care that is guided by your needs and goals—rather than diagnoses, session limits, or reimbursement rules.
Can you estimate my out-of-pocket cost?
Yes. After you submit a request, we verify benefits and share an estimate based on copay, coinsurance, and deductible.
How quickly will I hear back?
We usually respond within one to two business days.
